This website and the MojoButler services are operated by GT Alliance, LLC, doing business as MOJOBUTLER.COM (Florida fictitious name / DBA, Sunbiz registration G26000113849). Legal entity: GT Alliance, LLC. Brand name: MojoButler.

MojoButler (“MojoButler,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a brand operated by GT Alliance, LLC DBA MOJOBUTLER.COM (“GT Alliance”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have when you visit mojobutler.com (“Site”) or interact with our services — including MojoChat, MojoPhone, MojoOfficeBot, and MojoSocial.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site or submit any information to us.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third-party services.

1.1 Information you provide

  • Contact information: name, work email, phone number (if you give us one), company or entity name
  • Booking / inquiry details: business type, what is leaking (phone, site, inbox, or social), cloud vs on-prem, which agent you want first, and any notes you submit on the 20-min call form
  • Account and configuration data: if you become a customer, business knowledge you upload, scripts, brand voice samples, calendar or CRM connections, and other materials needed to run the agents
  • Communications: emails, chat transcripts with our team or MojoChat, and any content you send to us
  • Marketing preferences: email subscription status and a record of any consent text shown at the time you opted in

1.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:

  • Device & technical: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution
  • Usage: pages visited, time on page, referral URL, click activity
  • Cookies & similar: session cookies, analytics cookies, and tracking pixels (see Section 6 — Cookies)
  • Form metadata: when you submit a form, we may capture your IP address, user-agent string, the source page URL, and a copy of any consent disclosures shown to you
  • Language preference: a stored language setting, if one exists

1.3 Information from third parties and from the agents

We may receive limited information about you from third-party services we use, and — if you are a customer — from the channels you ask an agent to operate:

  • HubSpot (CRM) — contact records, email events, form submissions
  • Lovable — hosting and application infrastructure
  • Cloudflare — security and bot-protection signals
  • MojoChat widget — visitor questions and conversation logs on sites where the widget is installed
  • MojoPhone / messaging providers — call audio or transcripts, SMS delivery status, and carrier metadata when you use those products
  • Connected tools you authorize — inbox, calendar, CRM, or social accounts you connect so an agent can act on your behalf

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to booking requests, demos, and support questions
  • Provision, configure, and operate the agents you subscribe to
  • Communicate about onboarding, billing, outages, and product changes
  • Send marketing communications only if you have opted in (you can withdraw consent at any time)
  • Improve the Site, the agents, and customer experience
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

We will not use your information for purposes materially different from those listed above without notifying you.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

RecipientPurposeData shared

Legal authoritiesTo comply with subpoenas, court orders, or applicable law, or to protect our legal rightsAs required by law
Business transfersIn connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assetsSubject to confidentiality protections

SMS consent is not shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are used only by MojoButler and our SMS delivery providers to deliver the messages you opted in to.

4. SMS Communications (Text Messages)

This Site’s 20-min call form collects name, work email, company, business type, what is leaking, and cloud vs on-prem. It does not currently collect a mobile number or an SMS opt-in.

If you later opt in — or if a MojoPhone subscription texts you operational summaries at a number you provide — we may send SMS related to your inquiry, onboarding, project updates, or (if you separately opt in) marketing.

  • Consent is required and is never assumed for marketing texts. You must affirmatively opt in.
  • Frequency: typically up to 8 messages per month. Frequency may vary based on your account activity.
  • Costs: message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
  • Opt out at any time: reply STOP to any message to immediately stop receiving SMS. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly.
  • Carrier disclaimer: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You can book a 20-min call without consenting to SMS.

5. Email Marketing

If you opt in to email marketing, we may send product updates, case studies, and offers.

  • You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
  • Transactional emails (booking follow-up, invoices, outage notices, security alerts) will continue regardless of marketing opt-out, because they are necessary to fulfill our agreement with you.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Strictly necessary — to operate the Site, remember your language preference, and secure forms
  • Analytics — to understand how visitors use the Site
  • Marketing/Tracking — to measure attribution

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for the longer of:

  • The duration of our business relationship plus 7 years (consistent with U.S. business-records retention norms), or
  • As required by applicable law (tax, contractual, regulatory).

Consent audit-trail records (form submissions, consent disclosures shown, IP, user-agent) are retained for a minimum of 5 years after the most recent consent change, to defend against TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and similar claims.

You may request earlier deletion of your data — see Section 8.
